Ruth Dwight – Chair

Ruth is a charity consultant supporting organisations with strategic development, governance and earned income. She is passionate about increasing the effectiveness of charities, and is particularly inspired by the vast contribution of volunteers in society. Ruth began her career as a youth worker, and worked mainly in early years, education and youth social action charities until becoming a consultant – since then, she has worked with a wide range of sectors including healthcare, housing, education and environmental. Ruth has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years.
