Drinking 1.5 to 2 litres a day helps keep your skin, hair and organs in great condition.

Whilst it can be difficult, find time for you. Spend time on hobbies old and new; try meditation or journaling.

Consider Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

HRT is a safe and effective treatment for most people to help manage symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Taking HRT can also reduce the risk of other health conditions, such as osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease.
