Supporting Women with Heavy Periods During Perimenopause

We are proud to announce our partnership with Lil-Lets UK and Endometriosis UK to raise awareness and tackle the stigma surrounding menstrual health, particularly during perimenopause. With over 13 million women in the UK currently experiencing perimenopause or menopause, the need for inclusive support and education has never been more urgent.

As part of this partnership, Lil-Lets UK has launched their new Lil-Lets Extra Protection range designed specifically to offer comfort and security for those experiencing heavy periods. To celebrate the launch, Lil-Lets UK has generously donated £16,000 to both The Menopause Charity and Endometriosis UK. This contribution will go a long way in supporting our ongoing efforts to provide essential resources and education to women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and heavy periods.

Reaching new audiences with trusted health information

To further support women during this time, we are contributing important health information to Lil-Lets UK’s platform.

Our article, Heavy Periods During Perimenopause: Tips for Relief offers practical advice and guidance to help manage symptoms and improve quality of life.

Our article Overcoming period pain in perimenopause tips and treatments provides tips and treatments to help manage symptoms.

Our article Bleeding between periods during perimenopause: Is it normal? explores why bleeding between periods can happen in perimenopause, treatment options available, and when to consult a healthcare provider.

We are committed to continuing our work in providing support and raising awareness about menstrual health. This partnership marks a significant step forward in ensuring that all women, regardless of their stage in life, have access to the information and products they need to feel supported and empowered.

Together, we can break the stigma and support women through every stage of life.
